Pietro Domenichini

Pietro Domenichini is a Criminal Lawyer and a researcher on the matter of Corporate Responsibility. His research focuses particularaly on the previsional analysis of risk in business activity. Pietro founded in 2005 the “Istituto di Studi sulla Responsabilità Amministrativa degli Enti”, an independent no profit research and education association targeting corporate responsibility. Recently, Pietro contributed at the birth of the concept of "Geopolitical Risk for Business", as he was experienced on auditing in companies operating al around the world. He also founded in 2013 "Cloudgovernance S.r.l.", a company that provides solutions for risk management and corporate liability prevention, and in 2023 "STAIRS S.r.l.", an innovative startup that deals with research and development in the field of Geopolitical Risk for Companies.
